Darren began working in Digital Advertising in 2006 as part of the ad operations team for PerfSpot.com using Yahoo’s Right Media Exchange. Leveraging his yield management skills he went on to co-developed an ad network called Spot200. The Spot200 ad network grew quickly from 2017 – 2019, expanding its reach to more than 5,000 sites serving over 25 billion ad impressions per month. As the team grew to involve performance based affiliate marketing and lead gen, Darren became the top sales representative in addition to his other duties.
In late 2009 he was part of the founding team for Integrate Inc, a company that is still thriving today. Spot200 was absorbed into Integrate as its programmatic arm and Darren became the co-manager of that division. Tasked with testing “all new platforms” Darren and his team were able to explore more than 120 different digital ad platforms. This gave him a very high level of understanding of the ecosystem along with what worked and what did not. This knowledge became very advantageous in latter years. The renamed “IntegrateLive” team became the most profitable division of Integrate before changes in management led to Darren and Integrate parting ways.
In 2014 Darren launched Cordless Media as his own digital ad agency, bootstrapping the entire operation. When one of his clients asked Darren for advice on how to earn more from their site, his resulting audit led to the realization that there was a major need in the Real Estate space for expertise around ad operations and tech. By 2016, he focused Cordless Media exclusively on the Real Estate space to cater to this need.
Darren continues to drive expansion for Cordless Media overseeing and driving strategy, sales, partnerships and new product development.

Bodhi began his career in digital advertising in 2005 in the online lead generation industry. In 2006 he was tasked with “figuring out this ad thing” for PerfSpot.com (a top 100 global site at the time). Due to it’s International audience, Bodhi recognized the need to convert PerfSpot.com into a full scale Ad Network that could offer clients domestic inventory. By the end of 2007, with the help of Darren and a small team of others, Spot200 was born.
Bodhi oversaw operations for Spot200 as it grew from a concept to it’s peak volume of more than 25 billion impressions across 5,000+ sites in a single month. Around this time, Bodhi and his team recognized the need to incorporate the manual world of Lead Gen and Affiliate marketing into the automated world of Programmatic. This led to Spot200 launching it’s performance arm in 2008 and by the end of 2009, the idea for Integrate Inc took form as a platform to automate the manual processes of Demand Generation while introducing some much needed regulation and quality control.
In late 2009 Bodhi’s team of 5 individuals started working on the Integrate Inc platform. Officially launching in 2010, Integrate Inc began growing its unique business model and absorbed Spot200 as its programmatic arm and sales team. Bodhi served as Head of Operations, Product and Strategy through four rounds of funding as Integrate Inc grew from a small office of 5 people to over 300 employees across 5 offices.
In mid 2016, Bodhi left Integrate and joined Darren’s team at Cordless Media to help with the growth and evolution of its products and services.
